4) Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the platform.

5) Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the services, are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Ontario, without regard to conflict of laws principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ontario, Canada, subject to applicable mandatory consumer protection rights.
