Terms and Conditions

1) Accounts and acceptable use

• - You are responsible for account credentials and account activity.
• - You must provide accurate information and keep it reasonably current.
• - You must not misuse the platform, post unlawful content, or violate rights of others.
• - We provide the platform only. Employers create their own accounts and publish their own postings; we are not an employer, recruiter, or agency, and we are not a party to anything that follows.
• - We do not verify, screen, or endorse any company or recruiter who registers, and we do not confirm that a posting is genuine or accurate. Do your own checks on an employer before you apply, share documents, or accept an offer.
• - Never send money, banking details, or identity documents to an employer you have not independently verified.
• - We may suspend or terminate any account, and remove any content, at any time and for any reason, without prior notice.

2) Job postings and applications

• - Employers are responsible for the legality and accuracy of job postings.
• - Candidates are responsible for submitted application information.
• - We do not guarantee hiring outcomes, candidate quality, or posting performance.

3) Intellectual property

The platform, software, and site content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except as allowed by law or written permission, you may not copy, modify, or distribute protected content.

4) Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the platform.

5) Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the services, are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Ontario, without regard to conflict of laws principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ontario, Canada, subject to applicable mandatory consumer protection rights.

6) Changes

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
